Return & Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any item — no questions asked.

Free First Return

Your first return is completely free (within Egypt).
We’ll handle the courier, so you don’t have to stress about it.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it for free.
Just send us a clear photo and your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank
